We envision the Cop every community should have. The one who shows up for every shift motivated to take bad people to jail. The Cop who is professional when they need to be but a savage when necessary. The one who finds themselves in violent situations but has the ability to make the right decision. The Cop who can be trusted and operates with the up most integrity.
The one who understands the art of discretion. We envision a Cop who dedicates themselves to being an asset and stands firm through all adversity.
